Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Dutch version of these terms is the binding one.

1. Who we are

Lumina Studios, based in Amersfoort, Scherbierstraat 3. Chamber of Commerce 99976978, VAT number NL005422337B31. Reachable at info@luminastudios.nl and 06 27 21 83 44.

2. Booking and payment

You book a block of 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours through the website. The booking is final once payment is complete. Payment runs through Mollie, using iDEAL or credit card. All amounts on the site are excluding VAT; 21% Dutch VAT is added at checkout. Every booking comes with an invoice showing the VAT separately.

3. Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booked block, using the link in your confirmation email. After that cancelling is no longer possible and nothing is refunded. Rescheduling or extending can always be arranged; email or call us.

4. Using the studio

You use the studio the way a careful tenant would. The furniture and equipment may be moved, but should be back in place by the end of your block. You leave the room as you found it.

A maximum of 6 people may be in the studio at the same time, at no extra cost. Smoking is not allowed and pets cannot be brought in. Food and drink are fine. If you play music, please be considerate of the neighbours.

5. Damage

Damage to the room, the furniture or the equipment that happens during your block is at your expense. We do not ask for a deposit up front.

6. Liability

Lumina Studios is not liable for damage to or loss of belongings you bring to the studio, unless the damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part.

7. Circumstances beyond our control

If the studio cannot be used because of circumstances beyond our control, we offer an alternative date or refund the amount paid.

8. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
