Privacy statement
We process as little data as possible, and only what we need to handle your booking.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any difference, the Dutch version of this statement is the binding one.
Who processes your data

What data and why
- When you book: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the blocks you picked. Needed to record the booking and send your confirmation.
- When you pay: payment runs through Mollie B.V. We only see whether a payment succeeded, never your account or card details.
- Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message, so we can answer your question.
- For the newsletter: your email address, nothing else. Your subscription only counts once you click the link in the confirmation email, so nobody can sign someone else up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and after that we only keep the fact that you no longer want to receive anything.
How long we keep it
We keep bookings and invoices for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Contact messages we keep for twelve months after our last contact. Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Who has access
Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes the data inside the European Union. Payments go through Mollie B.V. in Amsterdam, and confirmation emails through Resend. The studio keeps its own calendar in a calendar app, which holds the name and contact details belonging to a booking. Beyond that we share nothing with third parties, unless the law obliges us to.
Cookies
What is in your cart is stored locally in your own browser and is only sent when you check out. On your first visit we also ask whether we may measure which ad brought you here. If you agree, the Meta pixel from Facebook and Instagram sets a cookie and Meta gets to see which pages you viewed and whether you completed a booking. If you decline, or do nothing, none of that happens and the site works just the same. Your choice is remembered in your own browser, not in a cookie.
Your rights
You may see your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. Email info@luminastudios.nl to arrange that. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
